Standard Clean:

Approx. 2 - 3 hr visit - 0 to 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom
Additional time for additional rooms (bedroom, den, bathroom, etc)
$45/hour

Includes:

All rooms:

  • Floor vacuumed & mopped
  • Dusting all light fixtures, door frames, pictures
  • Wipe down / sanitize all surfaces
  • Polish Mirrors
  • Disinfect high contact surfaces (ie. light switches, door knobs)
  • Aesthetic finish (ie. fluff pillows, fold blankets)
  • Create general order and flow

Bathroom:

  • Clean in and around toilet
  • Clean Sink
  • Wipe down & sanitize counter
  • Wipe down tub/shower

Kitchen:

  • Light dish work incl. dishwasher load/unload
  • Garbage/waste removal
  • Clean stove top 

Bedroom:

  • Make bed

Deep Cleaning Services:

Approx. 5 hr visit  - 0 to 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom
Additional time for additional rooms (bedroom, den, bathroom, etc)
$45/hour

Includes:

Common area/all rooms:
  • Floor vacuumed & mopped
  • Dusting all light fixtures, door frames, pictures, ceiling fans, crowded/busy shelves
  • Wipe down & sanitize surfaces
  • Polish Mirrors and windows incl. window tracks
  • Clean baseboards, window sills  and door frames
  • Vacuum under furniture
  • Vacuum under couch cushions
  • Shake out floor mats/rugs
  • Disinfect high contact surfaces (ie. door knobs, light switches)
  • Aesthetic finish
  • Create general order and flow

Kitchen:
  • All Dishes done incl. Bigger cookware
  • Clean inside & outside of oven
  • Clean range hood
  • Clean all small appliances
  • ​Remove all waste & Clean bins

Bathroom:
  • Scrub soap scums from tub/showers walls/grout
  • Clean & organize Cabinet 
  • Wipe down & sanitize counter 
  • Polish mirror 
  • Clean in and around toilet 

Bedroom: 
  • Make bed with fresh bedding if available

Move In Move Out:

Unfurnished home

  • Clean Baseboards, door frames, window sills

  • Wipe outside of Cabinets

We provide a list of recommended products all available on Amazon or you can purchase locally at your favourite retailer. 

During initial consultation I will assist in evaluating what you may already have on hand and what will need to be ordered for future visits.
